Sphera Residence è una nuova struttura ricettiva situata nella Riviera degli Olivi, nella suggestiva cornice del piccolo Borgo di pescatori di Cassone alle pendici del Monte Baldo.
Il residence dispone di 4 appartamenti su 2 livelli che possono accogliere un minimo di 2 fino ad 6 persone.
Tutti gli alloggi godono di una vista unica del Lago di Garda, accesso indipendente, spaziose terrazze privata con barbecue, posto auto interno o in garage con cancello automatico e un deposito per le bici. Sanificazione delle stanze con ozono.
Inoltre, i nostri ospiti possono usufruire di pontile privato e spiaggia a pochi passi.
Servizi nautici come deposito per surf e kite, possibilità di attraccare la propria barca al pontile.

Sphera Residence is a completely new accommodation facility along the Riviera degli Olivi in the marvelous setting of the small fishing village of Cassone at the bottom of Monte Baldo. Sphera Residence consists of four duplex apartments each for two up to six people.
All accommodations enjoy a unique view of Lake Garda, independent access, spacious private terraces with barbecue, parking space inside or outside the garage with automatic gate and storage facilities for bikes. Ozone sanification provided.
In addition, our guests can take advantage of a shared private pier and a beach just a few steps away.

Die Wohnanlage verfügt über 4 Apartments auf 2 Etagen, die zwischen 2 bis 6 Personen aufnehmen können. Cassone
La località di Cassone si trova a circa 4 km a sud di Malcesine. Vecchio paese di pescatori di cui rimane il museo della pesca con incubatoio per i pesci ed un caratteristico porticciolo con barche colorate. Il paese è attraversato dal fiume Aril che con i suoi 175 metri è uno dei più corti del mondo. Inoltre, la località è stata immortalata dal pittore Gustav Klimt nel dipinto “Chiesa a Cassone sul Garda”. Pur essendo un piccolo centro è fornito di minimarket, ristoranti, pizzerie e bar. Da visitare con una bella passeggiata tra gli ulivi il borgo medioevale di Campo abitato da solo due famiglie, luogo pieno di magia ed incanto.
Cassone
The town of Cassone is located about 4 km south of Malcesine. It is an old fishing village where you can find a fishery museum with a hatchery, and a typical small port with colourful boats. The village is crossed by the Aril River, with a length of 175 metres, makes it the shortest river in the world. In addition, the town has been immortalised by the painter Gustav Klimt in the painting "Church in Cassone sul Garda". Despite being a small town, its local amenities include a small supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. A must do is a walk among the olive trees in the medieval village of Campo, inhabited by only two families - a place full of magic and enchantment.

Der Ort Cassone liegt etwa 4 km südlich von Malcesine. Es handelt sich um ein altes Fischerdorf, davon erhalten bleibt das Fischereimuseum mit Fisch Brüterei, sowie der typische kleine Hafen mit bunten Booten. Der Fluß Aril fließt durch das Dorf und ist mit seinen 175 Metern einer der kürzesten der Welt. Darüber hinaus wurde das Dorf vom Maler Gustav Klimt in seinem Gemälde „Kirche in Cassone am Gardasee“ verewigt. Trotz des relativ kleinen Zentrums gibt es einen Minimarkt, Restaurants, Pizzerias und Bars. Ein schöner Spaziergang quer durch die Olivenbäume und dem mittelalterlichen Dörfchen Campo, bewohnt von nur 2 Familien, bietet einen Ort voller Magie und Zauber.
